1. How much do you quote for the embroidery?

Quotations are based on requests. Each item is quoted individually and is order-dependent.

2. How long does it take to complete the embroidery product?

It depends on the size and complexity of the design, as well as the amount of embroidery work.

3. When do I need to book an appointment to visit your office?

4.  What form of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept cash, EFT, and most chipped credit and debit cards. Payments can be made in advance or when collecting your products.

5. Do you deliver? 

No. All finished products must be collected from our office as per appointment bases. 

6. What are your office hours?

We are OPEN 7-days a week!  

Mon. - Fri. : 07:00 - 19:00

Sat. : 08:00 - 17:00

Sun. : 12:00 - 17:00

*We kindly ask that you ensure you have an appointment before visiting our offices.

7. Do I need to use your "digitizing service" in conjunction with the embroidery service to get something embroidered?   

No. The digitizing service is a separate service. We refer you to our "Services" page for an in-depth explanation. (When using our embroidery service digitizing of the design is already included.)
